While I work with all adults across a wide variety of issues, I have interests providing specialised support for sexuality, gender, neurodivergency, minority stress, men's disordered eating / body dysmorphia, and trauma-related issues, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.

As a proud member of the LGBTIQAPSB+ community, I provide a supportive and affirming space for individuals exploring their sexuality.

 

I am kink, BDSM, HIV+, polyamorous, and non-monogamous friendly, fostering understanding, self-acceptance, and personal growth in diverse expressions of identity and relationships. I do not provide relationship counselling

Gender Identity

As a member of WPATH, AUSPATH, and ASIAPATH, with advanced training in transgender mental health, I offer gender-affirming assessments and treatment for trans, gender-diverse, and non-binary (TGDNB) individuals across Australia and internationally. I provide WPATH assessments for those aged 18+ seeking gender-affirming hormone treatment or surgery.

Neurodivergency

My neuro-affirming approach supports individuals with ADHD, Autism, and related conditions, helping them navigate challenges and embrace their unique strengths at every stage of life. I also accept NDIS clients. 

Minority Stress

I work with clients facing stigma, discrimination, and marginalisation related to race, sexuality, gender, or other aspects of their identity, helping them navigate the challenges of systemic oppression and intersectionality.

Men's Disordered Eating and Body / Muscle Dysmorphia

I work with men experiencing disordered eating and body/muscle dysmorphia, helping them address body image concerns, unhealthy dieting, and the psychological aspects of their relationship with food, fitness, and self-worth.

Trauma Recovery

Using trauma-informed CBT (TI-CBT) and EMDR (Standard and 2.0), I support individuals healing from a wide range of traumatic experiences. I also work with clients with third-party funding through victim support agencies and the national redress scheme.
